1 No dwelling, sub-division (inc alterations) of Spring Mill House to 2 dwellings, alteration of adj cottage and in-fill building to create 1 flat. Enlargement of in-fill building to create office space, roof-lights to SMH and cottage, removal of chimney and conservatory (rear) from SMH, replace with single-storey extension. Dormer roof extension to SE and NW elevations, removal of services and external lift tower of mill. Landscaping and alterations to vehicle access.

Change of use and conversion of chapel F1(f) into 2 no. dwellings (C3). Conversion works to include 1 no. new rooflight to the south façade. 4 no. new rooflights, 1 no. window (a reinstated historical opening), 2 no. new doors, and 1 no. existing window converted to accommodate new door to north façade. 3 no. new windows and 1 no. new door to the west façade. The chapel is to be entirely renovated using materials to match the existing. Existing garage to be converted and linked to the chapel via a stone and glass extension to include screened roof terrace above, accessible via the garden and first floor.

Replacement of stone slate roof (retrospective). Re roof outbuilding to match dwelling and replace decaying timber roof structure (work not started).
