To retain garage workshop to Edderthorpe Street and ground floor window shop front manufacturing unit to Downham Street and to convert first floor to 2 No two bedroom self contained flats with separate entrances from Downham Street and Edderthorpe Street

Change of use of vacant upper floors from offices/leisure to 15 apartments (Use Class C3)

Change of use of first and second floors from Class E to two flats (C3)

Conversion of third floor to 18 No residential apartments and facilities (residents' lounge, gym, cinema room and stores) and associated alterations, including creation of lift core

Change of use floors 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 from Class E use to 13 apartments (C3)

Change of use of second floor to form two apartments. Class E use on ground and first floor to remain.
