Standing close to the boundary wall and belonging to the property of 17 Parkfield road and the spread of their crowns such that they touching our building roof and brickwork at 47 Queens Road Bradford BD8 7BS in the St Paul's conservation area.

There are a number of self set goat willows surrounding the site compound that have started to grow where the Trust stores materials. We would like to cut these back to our boundary so that the compound can be used for material storage again. The length is approx 200m along the back north edge of our compound which needs the goat willows cutting back (photo 1 and 2) There is also a large willow adjacent to the Trust office building (photo3) which we would like to remove as it is growing too close to our office building. Also a young Ash sapling (Photo 4) that needs removing due to its proximity to the office building. Unfortunately due to the nature of our compound and how we need it for storage, there is no space for replanting trees at this location following these works.

2 fir - Remove. 1 Sycamore - Remove. We have three trees (2 Firs and 1 Sycamore) in our Church land that borders on the footpath at Kings Road. All three trees are now unstable, with the roots not supporting the height of the tree, and it is our concern that they will fall onto the road or footpath during the winter. We have been advised by a tree surgeon that they should be felled, and replaced with new indigenous tree plantings. 1 Willow. 1 Sycamore - prune to the property boundary. We also have two trees on Council owned land that are of concern. Both are on the banking of the Spicey Gill. The willow has branches that are overhanging our church and nursery car park, and the Sycamore has numerous branches that are extending over our infants play area, and actually resting on the church roof, causing damage to the tiles (photos available, if required). We would like permission to trim these Council owned tree branches, that are overhanging our property, as they are a potential danger to our property and the children at the pre-school.

T1 Cherry - Lift to clear fence. T2 Maple - Lift to clear fence. Old Basal damage. A3 Various - East Boundary. Trim back neighbours trees to height of fence. S4 Shrubbery Cotoneaster. Prune for pedestrian clearance all around.

T1 Ash - Draw overhanging branches back to the boundary only. G1 Row of mixed hedging consisting of Holly / Laurel and Ash saplings - Reduce the Laurel and Hollies down to the fence height and remove the Ash trees.

We are not requesting to undertake works at these time but want to provide notice an application relating to these may follow (what3word location letter.answer.civic) Trees 6 &7 (Photo 6) - Removal of two dead trees posing a Health and Safety risk to members of the public. These are currently being supported by existing trees, removal of minor branches may be required to safely remove the dead trees (what3word location fits.talked.rabble) Section 2 (Photo 7,8,9) - Crown lift to 2.5m along towpath to enable access of machinery. Encroaching vegetation to be cut back to towpath boundary. T4 Holly - Remove and not replace. G1 - Cut back to boundary, overhanging mixed block of Rhododendron, Holly and Yew at the top of the drive. Removing 1m max, variable remaining group spread. G2 - Cut closer to the boundary, the mixed overhang extending from the neighbours on the front west side. Removing 3m max, variable remaining group spread 1 - 3m. T5 Beech - Lift over drive to 5m max by removal of end loading only. G3 - Lift to 3m for access to upper lawn and to prevent canopy merging of smaller trees beneath, down the rear west boundary. T6 Cypress - Multi stemmed from a low bole. Lift to 2.5m max - not above the wall height, removing secondary growth only from primary limbs, no structural pruning cuts to be made.

T1 willow - hanging over Oakworth rd (lidget B6143) . Remove first limb as looking at the property and 1 above and right ( see photos with line drawn) These 3 limbs hang over the highway. T2 sycamore - no action. T3 Elm - growing out of a wall on the rear boundary. T4- cherry crown lift, removing first 3 branches , one of which hangs over the carport. ( see photo for marked pic)
