Non-material amendment to planning approval 22/03138/HOU: Amendments to the openings on the side (North) and rear (East) elevations due to changes to internal layout and porch effect on external as follows:- 1) Rear elevation ground floor - remove 4M sliding door and approx 0.9m door and replace with 2 No 3M wide French or sliding doors 2) Rear elevation first floor - remove Juliet balcony from master bedroom window and reduce size of window 3) Side elevation ground floor - remove 2 No of 3 No windows. Add single side door to utility room and opaque window to bathroom, increase length of remaining window to ground floor level. 4) Porch - remove windows from sides, front and glazing to gable 5) Re-roof whole house with concrete tile. Roofs to extension will match the new roof tile.

Non-material amendment to planning approval 20/03407/HOU : To permit garage to be faced in render to match existing house rather than brick. Condition 5 to be amended to say "The development hereby permitted shall be constructed using external render and brck facing and roofing materials to match the existing building as shown on the approved elevation drawings"
