T8 Sycamore - Prune overhang from neighbouring property by removal of 2.5m max, remaining 4m spread from upper canopy and 3m from lower. Twin stemmed so taken from central vertical line VTA. See picture. Remove rogue branch over the drive. T5 Lime - Lift to 5m for vehicle clearance over the side drive only. No trimming on the neighbours side to retain screen. T14 Oak - Reduce crown back the western boundary in line with the boundary fence and reshape leaving approximatley 5m raidail crown spread to balance crown. All pruning cuts to be taken back to the first available pruning point.

G1 Group of x3 Ash - reduce lateral branch length extending to west over garden boundary of neighbouring property by 2 meters to retain 3 meters final canopy radius. T2 Alder - Fell.
