From gable end on bay window to be removed from switched for flat roof. Balcony with glass balustrade and chrome spindles and handrail to be installed at dormer level. Excavation of block work paving by 150mm to allow compliance with building control. Ground floor side extension to dog-leg to respond better to site boundary.
