Retrospective application for change of use of dwelling from House in Multiple Occupation to 4 No self-contained apartments [Use Class C3] and alteration to internal layout, existing dormers, and boundary treatment to the rear

T1 Horse Chestnut, T2 Sycamore - Reduce by approx 3m max in height leaving 6m, and thin 15%, for peripheral light to house, to allow rainfall to lawn and beds beneath and draw back from property T28 Elm - Prune to clear lines and reduce remaining canopy approx 3m leaving 6m, to reshape, balance and lighten weight load on the weakened area All 3x are on the roadside boundary, pruning works will also provide good clearance from high sided vehicles.

T1 Pine - Lift to 5.5m by removal of small low hanging branches, 10x maximum. Reduce longest limbs extending towards the house by 2m max, leaving 4m spread. Dead wood and canopy clean throughout. G1 2x Chestnut - Cut trees back to boundary as previously carried out, please see picture. Council owned.

T1 Horse Chestnut - Remove lowest limb (house side) to allow more light to both gardens and even up canopy spread. The limb stretches towards the boundary of both gardens and is roughly 4m in length.

Crown lift the trees nearest the house to give 10m ground clearance and reduce to give 5m clearance from the boundary of the property

G1 5x Poplar - Reduce line by approximately a third which is around 15ft, leaving 30ft in height. Lift to 3m by removal of lower branches. Remove 1x primary limb at 3m high crossing the boundary and rubbing neighbour's tree. T1 & T2 Alder - Removal G2 Mixed trees, 4x smallest self seeded - Removal T3 Oak - Reduce end loading only by 2m max to clear house. Leaving 3m spread
