Sycamore - Height of tree 20 metres. Radially the tree is 11 metres. 4 metre crown lift from the ground. 5 metre crown lift from highway side. 4 metre pull/ prune back branches from dwelling. 20% thin.

T1 Oak - 1. To crown lift to 4m from ground, draw back the canopy to give a 2m clearance from the dwelling of 2 Deepdale Close. 2. Prune back from the South East side by 750mm leaving 4.5m to the bole and prune back from the North West side by 750mm, except one branch to prune back by 1.25m to achieve a balance, again leaving 4.5m to the bole. The overall spread of the tree including bole will be in the region of 9.5m from SE to NW. 3. Remove epicormic growth from the main trunk to a height of 4m. NB Removal or deadwood does not require consent.

T1 Mature Cedar - Crown lift to give a 3.5m clearance from ground level. Crown reduce to 16m by reduction of apical growth and prune to clear dwelling by 2.5m.

T1 Copper Beech - Crown Lift to 4m max by reduction of tertiary growth under 30mm diameter, draw back overhanging branches up to a height not exceeding 4m from neighbours path ensuring that reduced branches are taken back to a suitable growing point and prune to clear dwelling by 2m maximum. T3 Pine - Crown lift to 4m maximum by reduction of low swooping branches (not their removal) back to suitable growing points which must not be above 4m in height above ground level and prune to clear dwelling by 2m maximum by reduction only of the two nearest limbs back to suitable growing points T5 Cherry - Reduce by removal of 3m max, leaving 5m overall height and a crown lift to 2m.

T14 Sycamore - Fell, replace with young tree T13 Ash - Fell, replace with young tree T12 Sycamore - Branches removed and thinned to allow natural light, lower branches are brittle from no access to light T3 Sycamore - Fell Reduce canopies of remaining trees back from dwelling side leaving radial crown spread of each tree, as no sunlight apparent

T1 Sycamore - Fell, appropriate tree species to be replanted within dwelling grounds

T1 Sycamore - Formative pruning in line with section 7.4 BS3998:2010. Crown lift to provide 2m clearance of the roof and chimney in line with section 7.6 BS3998:2010. Crown reduction and reshaping to provide up to 2m clearance of the dwelling in line with Section 7.7 BS3998:2020 maximum wound size < 40mm. T2 Ash - Fell in line with section 12.2 BS3998:2010. Stump killed and retained in line with section 12.3.3. BS3998:2010 T3 Sycamore - Formative pruning in line with section 7.4 BS3998:2010 may be required to ensure the canopy remains clear of the neighbour's gable wall.
