Prune to increase clearance by a further 2 to 3m T 6.05 Horse Chestnut - Reduce the crown all around by 4 to 5m G6 - All trees overhanging access road to be reduced back off public footpath and crown lifted over highway T1 Ash - opposite Ivy Court - Remove three lowest lateral branches growing over the road

T1 Oak - Reduce radial spread overhanging the extension by 3m max leaving 6m spread, reduce the large limb extending behind it by 4m max leaving 6m and end loading only over the railings by 3m max leaving 5m. (See photos, for illustration purposes only). Crown thin by 10% for light. G1 Conifer - Reduce removing 8m leaving 4m height, to create a hedge block.

T1 Sycamore - Crown lift to 5m above garden level. Crown reduction on 9 Swan Avenue side of boundary with Barnaby Road to achieve a clearance of 5m from the extension. T2 Oak - Crown lift to 5m above garden level. Crown reduction on 9 Swan Avenue side of boundary with Barnaby Road to achieve a clearance of 5m from the extension. T3 Sycamore - Crown lift to 5m above garden level. Crown reduction on 9 Swan Avenue side of boundary with Barnaby Road to achieve a clearance of 5m from the extension.

T1 Japanese Maple - Fell To allow construction of new wall and terrace adjacent to new extension. T2 Japanese maple and T3 Beech - Fell To allow for construction of new boundary wall and rebuilding of raised bed, subject to separate planning application; PP- 08616604. T4 Cypress, T5 Cypress and T6 Holly - Fell To reduce shading and low amenity value. H1 Privet hedge - Remove in part to allow for construction of new boundary wall.
