Conversion of the upper three floors to residential use (1 apartment per floor). Refurbishment and alteration comprising: Installation of a new shopfront to the ground floor retail unit. Internal alterations to the ground floor retail unit. Creation of a new ground floor access leading to upper floor levels of the building. Installation of new windows, doors and rooflights.
