Non-Material Amendment to permission 20/01592/FUL granted 05.02.2021 for: Erection of a single-storey building to provide pre-school accommodation. Amendments would allow: - Path to north extended to gates to allow movement to/from the main school; - Path removed and planter located in its place to match the adjacent elevation; - Area identified to receive tarmac finish to create a hard play and pick-up area for parents; - Gate removed and fence line altered as this will not be the formal access. Parents will use main front gates on foot; - Path to south of site amended to suit new planter and suit layout.
