Internal renovation works and extension of 113.3 sqm (GIA) of the existing St Michael's building at the Braintree Community Hospital site, alterations to the pavement and access road to the south of the building, re-provision of 8no. car parking spaces, new landscaping and other works incidental to the proposed renovation.
