UK Power Networks are proposing to install a new pole and stays within an existing line in order to terminate the overhead line on the northern boundary of a site. Site subject to planning consent for a new bungalow.

Variation of condition 2 'Approved Plans' and 4 'Materials' of permission 17/02201/FUL granted on 19/11/2018 for: Erection of 2no. chalet bungalows with separate vehicular access for both bungalows. Variation would allow: - Diffferent style window with no top hung openers, - Replacement of juliet balcony to the rear elevation with two windows, - Change to door and window header details, - Alteration to landscaping in terms of boundary treatment between dwellings and material used on the driveway, and - Introduction of weatherboarding to the gable end of the bay window and to the dormer window at first floor.
