Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of permission 21/01188/FUL granted 04.08.2021 for: Demolition of garden centre sales buildings, conservatories & store/office, and the construction of a single-storey garden centre sales building of 600sqm. Variation would allow for the replacement of one of the approved sales concession units with a warehousing unit (Class B8), which would include and allow access to a newly created first floor above the approved building to facilitate longer term storage (seasonal unsold products i.e. Christmas, garden furniture)
