Land Rear Of 15 And 56 Edmund Green Gosfield Essex

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 23/82 - r/o 15 Edmund Green. Growing adjacent to the PROW that gives access to the nature reserve from the west, is a Purple Leaved Plum, within the Conservation Area. It has two stems, sub-lateral branches from which are resting on the garage roof of no 15. It is proposed to reduce the height of the smaller stem to the height of the existing fence, as previously done, and to crown lift the sub-laterals of the remaining stem to give approximately 0,5m clearance to the garage roof. r/o 56 Edmund Green, growing adjacent to the path that gives access to the nature reserve from Greenfields, is a group of 5 closely spaced Common Oak, that overhang the rear garden of no 56, to an oppressive extent. Also, branches from the tree numbered 2 on the attached plan are in contact with the tiled roof of the out-house. It is proposed to crown lift tree no 3 to give approximately 0.5m clearance to the out-house roof, and to reduce the lateral spread of the remainder (mainly trees 3 and 6) above the garden by approximately 2m, cutting back to suitable growth points.

Barnfield Lodge Barnfield Feering Essex CO5 9HP

Notice of intent to carry out works to a tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 51a/00 - Ash Tree (Fraxinus Excelsior) TPO 51a/00-T29 - Application to have the tree felled We would like this application to be viewed by a set of "fresh eyes" ie: not to be reviewed by the person who viewed our previous application. We would like to have the Ash Tree felled for the following reasons: 1) The Tree Reports indicates that the tree is deseased, likely to be Innontus hispidus, which causes bare bark and timber to become brittle, leading to fractures of branches and stems and decomposes the heartwood (aka Shaggy Polypore). This poses a risk to ours and our neighbours properties. 2) Installation of solar panels on a south facing roof to support the Braintree District Council and their decleration of a Climate Change Emergency and wanting residents to take action to reduce their carbon footprint. As you can see from the supplied photographs, the Ash Tree casts a significant shadow over the majority of the south facing roof, making the installation of solar panels uneconomical. 3) Whilst the Ash Tree contributes to the amenity provided by over 65 trees in the Barnfield devlopment (20 houses) we feel that we should share the amenity to a wider public audience and would propose planting a replacement tree(s) in a more suitable location of BDC choice. 4) The condition of the tree cannot be deduced from standing on the roadside, looking over a gargage or fence, or wall. A close up, visual inspection is needed.

20/00448/TPOCON | Works to Trees in Conservation Area

22 Collingwood Road Witham Essex CM8 2DZ

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree in a Conservation Area - Sycamore - All branches overhanging land owned by 27 The Paddocks will be removed back to the boundary fence The sycamore tree is on the boundary with the garden at 22 Collingwood Road and land belonging to the owners of 27 The Paddocks. It is also approximately 10 metres from the house at 27 The Paddocks. Several branches overhang this land and others are also very near to the roof of 27 The Paddocks. Birds perch on the edge of the branches and leave unpleasant "deposits" on the ground which causes a health and safety hazard to people using this land, especially children. As the tree continues to grow there is also the potential for damage to underground pipes and foundations.
