Notice of intent to carry out works to tree in a Conservation Area - The tree located at the end of the Old Court Hotel Property. The large tree is severely overhanging into our garden and is very close to our upstairs windows. We have lost light and it is growing over our garage also. We would like all that is overhanging on ourside cut back (possibly 1-2m on the sides above the garage and 2-3m on the front part over our garden)

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of permission 21/00822/FUL granted 12/11/2021 for: Proposed erection of 3 No. dwellings and associated development. Variation would allow: - Plot 1: Remove window to garage on front elevation. Replace central double pile roof with crown roof. - Plot 2: Alterations to side elevation of garage. Reposition door and remove window. Replace lower flat roof and double pile with central crown roof. - Plot 3: Remove window to garage on front elevation.
