Notice of intent to carry out works to tree in a Conservation Area - Removal of willow tree adjacent to conservatory. The tree (planted circa 1990) is excessively shading the conservatory and the grape vine therein, impacting on the vine which is a feature of the house. We have endeavoured to maintain the willow over past years but this has encouraged more vigorous growth and increased the shading. There is also some evidence that the roots may be affecting the wall of the conservatory.
