Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 18/90 - Large sycamore located inside boundary of our garden. Tree surgeon has indicated that tree is showing signs of honey fungus and is likely to dying and potentially dangerous. He has advised the tree be removed. Discussed with a member of the Landscapes team at Braintree council who advised that once TPO planning form had been completed someone would be able to come and look at the tree to confirm the honey fungus diagnosis.

Notice of itent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 9/00 - The horse chestnut is diseased and has been checked by the LPO who agreed that it should be felled. We allowed 6 years for it to recover but its health has instead deteriorated. The healthy elm tree behind it will also have more space to grow. We discussed the planting of an extensive native hedge on our boundary including species such as hornbeam, holly, hawthorn, field maple, hazel, etc We will leave some of the plants unpruned to grow into trees.

There is a dangerous leaning Sycamore with clear signs of disease on the bark at about 9 ft. The tree is coming through the fence from The Old Rectory, Rectory road. It needs to be cut flush with fence

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 51a/00 - 3x Ash (G1) Fell trees, and replace with 4 x Pyrus chanticleer 3m height The trees are in poor condition with multiple cavities due to the need for regular pruning; the trees shed deadwood in high winds causing anxiety as the trees are near the dwellings. They cast excessive shade over the neighbour's property and residence, and the stems incremental growth is damaging the boundary fence.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 30/08 - 2x Limes to be pollarded at suitable points.The trees are too close to the church house and too close to the neighbouring property Yew tree to be cut down as its growing too close to the boundary fence and its close proximity to neighbouring property The Church house has had complaints about these trees from the residents in the neighbouring property. The Lime tree near the fence line has a large hole in the trunk.

Trees we would like to remove on the grounds of safety Tree 6 - This tree has fallen and blocks access to the current septic tank and future position of sewage treatment plant Tree 7 - This tree has significant woodpecker damage and showing signs of disease at lower levels Tree we would like to remove to enable the in/out driveway Tree 8 - This tree is healthy (I believe a Turkish Oak) but is growing in the shadow of 3 very large oak trees, it is also very close to the boundary ditch of the property, we would replace this tree with 3 new ones planted elsewhere in front/rear garden
