Relocation and alteration of garden fence

Erection of a single-storey rear extension, hip-to-gable roof alteration to facilitate first-floor loft conversion with dormer to front and rear, balcony over rear extension, internal alterations, new double garage, new gate and fence, and new skylights to roof.

Replacement of external fuel storage tank. Alterations to existing landscape enclosure. Willow fence to be modified and replaced in part with natural native hedgerow. Replacement of existing internal boiler with new wall mounted gas fired boiler with through the wall flue finished in traditional cowl.

External: Ground floor extension to Staff Wing to form rear loggia entrance and Boot Room with hipped slate roof. Windows and doorways altered but all to match existing; new rooflight. Internal: Alterations to apse of Library, new doorways to the Hall with changes to the ceiling, and rearrangements throughout Staff Wing to provide new dining room and Back Hall and bedroom-bathroom relationships. Other changes to floor-levels, new shelving in the library alterations to fireplaces, new doorway to master bathroom, boxing removed from entrance hall and former dressing room to become shower-room and bedroom. Landscaping: Site entrance relocated and driveway re-routed with new hedges and fencing. Gardens re-landscaped with mixed herbaceous borders new stone-paved terraces and stepped approaches. Concealed tennis court and Summerhouse building. Steps removed from Boiler housing with new brick planter on top.
