External: Ground floor extension to Staff Wing to form rear loggia entrance and Boot Room with hipped slate roof. Windows and doorways altered but all to match existing; new rooflight. Internal: Alterations to apse of Library, new doorways to the Hall with changes to the ceiling, and rearrangements throughout Staff Wing to provide new dining room and Back Hall and bedroom-bathroom relationships. Other changes to floor-levels, new shelving in the library alterations to fireplaces, new doorway to master bathroom, boxing removed from entrance hall and former dressing room to become shower-room and bedroom. Landscaping: Site entrance relocated and driveway re-routed with new hedges and fencing. Gardens re-landscaped with mixed herbaceous borders new stone-paved terraces and stepped approaches. Concealed tennis court and Summerhouse building. Steps removed from Boiler housing with new brick planter on top.

Erection of a single-storey gift shop and cycle hire outbuilding with mezzanine floor, single-storey biomass boiler and wood-store extension to the existing visitor barn complex, single-storey cold store and canopy, relocated volunteer cabin and storage shed, and associated external works including new fencing, cycle stands and hard/soft landscaping.
