Part-retrospective and proposed refurbishment to kitchen and bathroom. Proposed replacement of rear door, replacement of existing windows, and erection of pergola, fencing and bicycle store.

Extension of existing patio area with concrete block paving, including erection of fence with pedestrian gate. Extension of existing timber pergola across the new length of the patio, and installation of raised flowerbeds around boundary of new area.

Erection of secondary gates, associated piers, fencing and ancillary works

Erection of a single-storey gift shop and cycle hire outbuilding with mezzanine floor, single-storey biomass boiler and wood-store extension to the existing visitor barn complex, single-storey cold store and canopy, relocated volunteer cabin and storage shed, and associated external works including new fencing, cycle stands and hard/soft landscaping.
