Alterations to the farm house building comprising: Single storey front extension; Insertion of wall to bedroom to accommodate a passage to connect the two upstairs areas; The installation of a new bathroom; The installation of a new door to the kitchen; Reinstalling two doors to the central room downstairs; The removal of the cement render from the exterior walls to be replaced with lime mortar with any associated necessary timber repairs; re roofing the house and installing insulation.

Replacement of existing roof of main house. Works to comprise removing existing plain clay tiles, fitting new roofing membrane and treated battens, and relaying the existing tiles that are in good condition, with additional new handmade tiles as required.

Re-roofing of the main house, including provision of further breathable membrane.
