T2 Walnut Tree - reduce by 2-3m overall, crown lift over drive way up to 5m. Rear Garden-Right hand Side T3 Willow Tree - Reduce by 2-3m overall. T4 Willow Tree - Reduce by 3m overall T5 Willow Tree - Reduce lowest branch over the lawn area by half approx. 4-5m. T6 Sycamore Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is rubbing on fence and will never be a specimen Tree as it struggles for light under the large Weeping Willow which has caused all the growth to be overhanging the Neighbours land. T7 Willow Tree - Reduce by 3-4m overall. Rear Garden - Left Hand Side T8 Apple Tree and T9 Conifer -Fell to ground level as poor specimens tall and thin and covered in Ivy. T10 Cherry Tree - Reduce by 3m overall - to control size of Tree and give good clearance to Village Hall. T11 Cherry Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is no specimen due to its location under the Larger Cherry Tree, it leans towards the Village Hall and is touching the roof, all growth is over the boundary line. T12 Cherry Tree Reduce by 3-3.5m overall, remove the lowest branch on the Village Hall side back to the trunk. Reduce to control size of Tree, remove branch as an obstruction on the Village Hall side for Vehicles etc. T13 5 Hazel Trees- Reduce to leave at 3m above ground level. T14 Apple Tree - Reduce by 3-4m - Tree has become too dominant in this area by the side of the Garage, reduce to control size and reduce liability risk of limb failure.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area: 1. Holly: Crown reduction by 1.5m to manage size and prevent damage to the boundary fence. 2. Holly: Crown reduction by 1.0m to manage size and prevent damage to the boundary fence. 3. Apple: Crown reduction by 3.0m to previous cutting points. 4. Apple: Crown reduction by 3.0m to previous cutting points. 5. Malus: The tree has a fungal growth and a bow recently fell down in high wind exposing the extent of damage (see photos below). We are seeking permission to either i) reduce the crown by 1.5m and thin by approx. 20%, or ii) remove the tree if the extent of fungal growth has affected the whole tree. 6. Yew: Tree/bush to be topped and trimmed to just above the fence height which is a reduction leaving approximately a 2.5 metre tall tree. - approx. 50% - as indicated in the photo. 7. Holly: Tree to be topped and reduced in size and scale by 1 - 1.5m in height and width. 8. Lilac: Remove small lilac tree 9. Tree removed under previous application 10. Notice of intent to carry out works to a tree in a Conservation Area - Holly tree is approx 30ft and would like to reduce to 6ft and reduce all over by 6ft. There is an overgrown holly bush on the farside of our fenced garden boundary. The tree is so overgrown that it is very pushing against/breaking the fence structure it is growing against and has grown out of control in height blocking light. We have been in touch with a tree surgeon who agrees it needs to be cut back significantly into control.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area - Leylandi type trees running along boundary edge to oneside of house. Trees were reduced in height for a previous planning permission now want to remove trees altogether due to unsightly nature. The boundary due to ours and recent neighbour works has a 6ft fence along it for the majority of the length, which replaces the need for the trees. Some trees have been badly affected by years of neglect prior to our arrival and have decay. See sketch 1 for details.

Robinia (T1) - Prune away from over head services (BT), removing secondary laterals to provide suitable clearance. Remove dead wood. To prevent future damage to services, Plum (T2) - Fell to ground level and remove stump. To prevent future damage to out building, Holly (T3) - Fell to ground level and remove stump. To allow light to flower bed below, Apple trees (G1) - Maintenance prune. Reduce over extended laterals by approximately 1.5M. To maintain size and improve fruit production, Apple (T4) - Fell to ground level and remove stump. To allow for new outbuilding, Budlia (T5) - Fell to ground level and remove stump. To prevent further damage to boundary fence.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree in a Conservation Area - Sycamore - All branches overhanging land owned by 27 The Paddocks will be removed back to the boundary fence The sycamore tree is on the boundary with the garden at 22 Collingwood Road and land belonging to the owners of 27 The Paddocks. It is also approximately 10 metres from the house at 27 The Paddocks. Several branches overhang this land and others are also very near to the roof of 27 The Paddocks. Birds perch on the edge of the branches and leave unpleasant "deposits" on the ground which causes a health and safety hazard to people using this land, especially children. As the tree continues to grow there is also the potential for damage to underground pipes and foundations.
