Notice of intent to carry out works to tree in a Conservation Area - Remove an Ash tree - The tall Ash tree is quite close to our house and the neighbour's house (no 49) and is also immediately adjacent to a historical brick wall, which has already suffered major damage caused by the tree's roots and falling branches over the years. The wall has since been repaired but the tree's roots are starting to cause cracks again in the wall. The tree is very tall and 2 neighbours have expressed concerns about what might happen if some/all of the tree were to fall during a storm or high winds. There is no TPO on this tree but we are in a conservation area in a grade 2 listed building.

Notice of inent of carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area - My 3 x trees are too overgrown and blocking out the sun so my back garden is dark. I would like Kevin Wade to lift the Cherry Tree crown to 2.5m and reduce the height by up to 2.5m and bring sides in by up to 1.5mt, To lift the Eucalyptus crown to 4m and cut off 4 smaller lower branches, To reduce the height of the ash tree by 2.5m Kevin Wade has looked after the village trees for years. My house is well situated back from the road.

I have conifers at the side of my house that are as tall as my house also touching the property I would like to cut them to maintainable size please
