Notice of intent to carry out works to tree in a Conservation Area - T1 x Silver Maple - Fell. The tree was reduced over a year ago but hasn't re-grown since. After being heavily pollarded in the past the tree was not in great health before being reduced. The reduction was a last chance to give the tree a new lease of life but it hasn't worked. It has now died and needs to be felled before it becomes unsafe. It is situated right up against the garden wall, neighbours shed and neighbours parking area.
