Variation would allow:-Amendment to house types Plots 1 & 4 -Add rear dormer & change rear Juliet balcony to windows. Plots 2 -Addition of third rooflight in rear elevation. Plot 6- Insertion of 2 side elevation windows. Plots 6 & 8- Change render to cement board cladding and All plots - Addition of PV solar panels to southfacing roof slopes of approved house types.
