Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of application 13/00148/FUL (Side extension over existing garage with extension to rear dormer, single storey rear extension replace front elevation flat roof dormers with construction of two pitched roof dormers and roof light) to allow for the removal of the approved single storey rear extension, raised patio level, new front extension and porch and various amendments to fenestration.
