Variation of condition 2 and 6 of application 21/01150/FUL (Demolition of attached garage and store and removal of chimney stack. Two storey side extension to create two new one bedroom flats. New windows and entrance canopy to existing building. Construction of new driveway with new extended drop kerbed crossover) to change the internal layout on the drawings from two 1 bedroom dwellings to a single 2 bed duplex dwelling and minor alterations to cycle, refuse and amenity provision.
