Revision to application 19/01699/FUL (Single storey side and rear extensions, first floor side extension, two storey front extension, raise ridge of existing garage to provide rooms in roof, balcony to the rear, addition/ alteration of rooflights, add front and rear dormers, rooflights to front and windows as well as an alteration of external materials and related remodelling of the house) incorporating UPVC sash style windows, Jutland roof tiles, metal dormers in Lindab material, Skylights to front instead of dormers, extend rear central dormer and provide screening to rear balcony.
