Prune T1 Oak locaed at front of property, by reducing the lateral spread overhanging the house by 2.5m and remove large diameter deadwood, to maintain clearance from building Prune T2 Oak located at rear of property by reducing the crown by 1-1.5m and remove deadwood, for general maintenance

(T1) Oak - Reduce garden side of oak tree. Removing lower branches growing towards house and shape crown in top of tree. (T2) Oak - Crown reduce side of oak growing over garden and shape crown in top of tree. Crown lift lower branches near green house and sever Ivy around tree. To reduce the impact of neighbouring woodland trees on the garden and property.

Crown reduction by 3 metres overall. Crown thin by 25% and crown lifting for sunlight to front of the house (TPO17/1992).

Scots Pine (T1) 1 - Crown Reduction of up to a maximum of 1.5m from all side branches at appropriate pruning points, retaining sufficient sections of needles on branches), 2 - Removal of branch interfering with telephone cable to house

T1-3 Hornbeam Section fell tree closest to house to as close to ground level as possible and crown reduce others by up to 3m. These trees dominate this rear garden, by removing the closest tree and reducing the rear trees it will make the garden a usable space and allow more light into the property

Crown lift to approx 8m and reduce branches on house and drive side by up to 1m to reduce overhang to Scots Pine (G1) Subject to Tree Preservation Order no 4 of 2008.

Management work as identified by tree survey of trees covered by TPO7 (1979). False Acacia (G2) - removal of 10% deadwood in crown on boundary with Bell House Lane - used by residents and also a bridleway; Limes and London Planes (G2) - re-pollard due to signs of decay at pollard points and regrowth is in close proximity to overhead services to houses in Bell House Lane. Cedar (T3) removal of lateral projecting south (over pavement alongside Coxtie Green Road) to 6m point, reduction of lowest laterals projecting north by 2m, removal of major deadwood over 50mm and prune to allow for 1m clearance from building - safety of children playing in garden. Management work as identified by tree survey of trees covered by TPO 11 (1979): Oak trees (G1) removal of deadwood over 50mm in diameter as trees overhang the pavement alongside Coxtie Green Road and pruning back of smaller branches to give 1m clearance from overhead services. Oak (T6) - removal of 10% deadwood in crown which overhangs gateway used to access field.

T1-Oak Dismantle large tree down to ground level. The is situated on the entrance to the drive way. The tree has been in serious decline in recent with significant loss to structural strength. Large ganoderma brackets have been found as the base of the tree along with large open cavity's. T2 Ash Reduce overall canopy by 30% to encourage more light on to the garden below. T3 cypress T3 is situated within 3-4 meters of the house so we are looking to gradually remove the tree and the stump.

T1 and T5 - Limes - fell due to decay at base of the tree. T2, T3, T4, T6, T7 - Limes - repollard and reduce main stem by 1m passed old pollard points. T8 - Horse Chestnut - reduce by 2 - 3m to rebalance crown. T9 - Lime - lifted to 4/5m over green house.
