Convert existing stable and coach house into 2 bedroom annex. Due to the existing building having no damp proof corse or capabilty to adequately insulate, the existing building will have to be demolished but we intend to rebuild in the same style as existing and using the original bricks.

No chimney stack protrudes through the roof, plot 7 layout re plan to incorporate a fire lobby - removal of modern partitions, plot 8 revisions to make kitchen /living/ dining open plan, plot 9 revisions to remove partition and add new partition, and addition of cycle store added to bins stores to east of main house.

Minor amendments to approved applications 20/00684/HHA & 20/00833/LBC for the conversion of the existing stable coach house, to provide ancillary residential accommodation with annexe, yoga studio at ground floor, internal alterations, repairs to existing roof, walls and floors, installing insulation and alterations to windows and doors, rear roof lights, replacement first floor window, the creation of a new staircase for the annexe and new bin/log store. - Amendments include relocation of staircase into Dovecote, 2 new doors from stair lobby into ground and first floor, new timber stud partitions to form stair lobbies.
