Oak Tree Crown reduce back to previous pruning points, reduce Pine back by 20% and remove any deadwood. (TPO3/2009 & TPO1/1963).

3 X Silver Birch trees (SB1, SB2, SB3) to have crowns reduced; final height to be around half way between previous topping/pollard points and top of the crown. Any dead stubs from previous poor pruning to be removed. All arisings to be cleared.

Trees around the main lake and conservation lake the Alder and Willow trees need to be reduced or coppiced as they have not been done for at least twenty years.

G1 Poplar section fell approximately 20 trees to ground level due to several tree and limb failures. The trees had become dangerously large and posed a risk to neighbouring properties. (TPO5/1948 & TPO2/1982)

7 x Lime trees 50% Pollard to 6 out of the 7 Lime trees to therefore reduce wind exposure and eliminate possible risk. The 7th Lime tree is situated on the west corner to be Crown raised to a height of 5 meters. (TPO9/1991).
