Crown lift by removing branches over house and crown thin by 20 to reduce the spread of the tree over the house, also remove the storm damage and any deadwood.(TPO15/1990)

(T1) Pine tree - Work requested is to completely fell the tree to ground due to serious mechanical faults in the trunk that could bring about total collapse of the upper part of the tree which is in range of the dwelling house if it was to collapse in that direction (TPO3/1987).

This application is for the complete removal (felling) of an Oak tree (T2). It is a semi-mature Oak tree growing to the east of the eastern flank gable wall, in approximately a central position along the length of the wall and approximately to 2m from the base to the wall. The tree has a severe lean towards the northwest. On inspection, it is believed the tree is gradually collapsing towards the house and thus presents a danger to people and property. A replacement Oak tree of between 12-17 nursery stock will be planted in a different location to the one removed. It will be planted in the rear garden of the same property. (T1) Oak - reduction back to previous pruning points (approximately 3m) and crown lift lower branches from over the house and grounds. (TPO11/1982).

7 X Oaks reduction back to previous growth points (approximately up to 2.5m) and thin by up to 20% and a beech. The oak closest to the front door to be removed due to basal decay, defects within the crown, close proximity to the house and to allow light to the other oaks. Crown reduce 1 X Maple to back to previous growth points. To promote tree health, reduce risk and allow light to the garden area. (TPO02/1976).

Prune T1 Oak locaed at front of property, by reducing the lateral spread overhanging the house by 2.5m and remove large diameter deadwood, to maintain clearance from building Prune T2 Oak located at rear of property by reducing the crown by 1-1.5m and remove deadwood, for general maintenance
