T1-3 Hornbeam Section fell tree closest to house to as close to ground level as possible and crown reduce others by up to 3m. These trees dominate this rear garden, by removing the closest tree and reducing the rear trees it will make the garden a usable space and allow more light into the property

Crown lift to approx 8m and reduce branches on house and drive side by up to 1m to reduce overhang to Scots Pine (G1) Subject to Tree Preservation Order no 4 of 2008.

2 x oak tree crown reduce by 3m & remove deadwood to make safe & allow light into the back of the house (TPO1/1971)

Management work as identified by tree survey of trees covered by TPO7 (1979). False Acacia (G2) - removal of 10% deadwood in crown on boundary with Bell House Lane - used by residents and also a bridleway; Limes and London Planes (G2) - re-pollard due to signs of decay at pollard points and regrowth is in close proximity to overhead services to houses in Bell House Lane. Cedar (T3) removal of lateral projecting south (over pavement alongside Coxtie Green Road) to 6m point, reduction of lowest laterals projecting north by 2m, removal of major deadwood over 50mm and prune to allow for 1m clearance from building - safety of children playing in garden. Management work as identified by tree survey of trees covered by TPO 11 (1979): Oak trees (G1) removal of deadwood over 50mm in diameter as trees overhang the pavement alongside Coxtie Green Road and pruning back of smaller branches to give 1m clearance from overhead services. Oak (T6) - removal of 10% deadwood in crown which overhangs gateway used to access field.

Maple - fell (TPO10/1991) Causing excess shading to the house \ Exceeding the height of the house \ touching the house and causing ground below to uplift

T1 Hornbeam - Front Garden, Seeking approval for 30% reduction. Tree is leaning over the road and the weight of the crown is a concern. Potential to cause extreme damage to the gates, cars, driveway and house of neighbour opposite if it was to fall. T2 Sycamore - Fell, as tree is dead and within close proximity of our house and is a danger to our children and the risk to our house if it was to fall. Do not want to replant due to close proximity to house.

Scarlet Oak T1 - reduction to crown back to suitable points as top of tree appears to be dead (no growth). Risk due to proximity to house and over drive to damaging property or life. Light reduction of spread to prevent interaction with property. Lebanese Cedar T2 - reduce by 2m - overhangs neighbouring property presenting risk of debris falling, and excessive shading on three properties surrounding. (TPO3/1964).

T1 Lime tree. Reducing large over extended limbs proximity to neighbouring house by 5 metres. Lift to 4 metres, thin and deadwood throughout. (TPO7/1963 and TPO39/1993).

T1 Robinia - Requires 3 - 4m reduction in height, cut back from house to give a 2m+ clearance and reduce back from telephone wires. Cut a band in the ivy. T2 Ash - Lift to 3m and remove dead wood and hazardous branches. T3 Silver Birch - Lift to 3m and remove dead wood and hazardous branches. T4 Ash - Lift to 3m and remove dead wood and hazardous branches. T5 Ash - Lift to 3m and remove dead wood and hazardous branches. T6 Ash - Lift to 3m and remove dead wood and hazardous branches. T7 Silver Birch - Lift to 3m and remove dead wood and hazardous branches. T2 - T7 are all overhanging the road, footpath and car park. (TPO21/1988)
