Variation of condition 7 (landscaping) of application 17/01116/FUL (Alterations and change of use of property from Class C2 (Residential Institution) & D1 (Non Residential Institution) to Class C3 (Dwelling House) involving conversion of main building to single residential dwelling, external alterations to main building including retention of exposed brickwork. Reconstruction of stable block including repair and conversion works to Clock Tower, retention of garage block and kennels, associated hard landscaping and ancillary works.) to allow for an extended time period to complete the landscaping scheme.

Variation of condition 6 of application 18/01893/LBC (Internal and external alterations to main house including related reconstruction and new works and retention of exposed external brickwork. Reconstruction of Stable Block including repair and conversion works to Clock Tower, retention of garage block and extended kennels and associated works) to allow for an extended period of time to enable Ground Floor Room reference G-07 of the main house to be fully fitted out in accordance with the approved drawings and a detailed specification of works.

Conversion of The Bell House and linked Stable block to enable 6 dwelling to be provided comprising: Two 3 bedroom duplex apartments and a 2 bedroom apartment (within The Bell House) two 1 bedroom duplex homes and one 1 bedroom apartment (within the Stable Block) and association amenity space and car parking.

Remove the lean-to and build a new wing (south of the courtyard) connecting the existing residential wing (west) to the ex-stables (east). Refurbish the stables structure into residential to create one single family home

Convert existing stable and coach house into 2 bedroom annex. Due to the existing building having no damp proof corse or capabilty to adequately insulate, the existing building will have to be demolished but we intend to rebuild in the same style as existing and using the original bricks.
