Conversion of barn to residential use.

Variation of Condition 2 (Drawings) Application 19/01279/LBC. (Demolition of existing music room, swimming pool, gym, sports hall and ancillary buildings, conversion of existing Main house, Classroom buildings, stable and barn to provide 23 residential dwellings.) To change the drawings listed as approved on the decision notice in order to account for changes that have arisen out of a detailed design review of the approved scheme, which has identified areas where necessary design changes to those approved are required.

Change of use, repairs and conversion of existing redundant barn to form one residential dwelling, includes extension, alterations and addition of woodburner with flue, air source heat pump and external storage shed.

Variation to condition 2 of application 19/01279/LBC (Demolition of existing music room, swimming pool, gym, sports hall and ancillary buildings, conversion of existing Main house, Classroom buildings, stable and barn to provide 23 residential dwellings) to vary the approved drawings.

Minor amendments to Approved Planning application 18/01018/LBC (Conversion of existing listed building to form 4 no new apartments, the demolition of its associated annexe building and separate outbuilding and their replacement with new residential development comprising 5 no dwellings and associated development).
