Variation of Condition 2 (Drawings) Application 19/01279/LBC. To change the drawings listed as approved on the decision notice in order to account for changes that have arisen out of a detailed design review of the approved scheme, which has identified areas where necessary design changes to those approved are required.

Change of use, repairs and conversion of existing redundant barn to form one residential dwelling, includes extension, alterations and addition of woodburner with flue, air source heat pump and external storage shed.

Change of Use from Barbers Shop to Residential for No.20 Market Place. Existing 'link' door to No.37 Bakers Lane reinstated to form a single Dwelling. Repair and restoration works, with no alteration to existing windows. Reinstatement of bollards and resurfacing.
