To change the drawings listed as approved on the decision notice in order to account for changes that have arisen out of a detailed design review of the approved scheme, which has identified areas where necessary design changes to those approved are required.

Plot 1 amended to incorporate a first floor in the large roof space, removing the mezzanine floor. Adding 3 x roof lights. Plot 3 kitchen to be amended. Plot 4 additional window added to east wing. Stables - all existing modern sash windows to be replaced with timber single glazed weighted sashes.
