Discharge of conditions 3 (Revised version of plan ref 1907-PL010 Rev P1 indicating the location of the proposed roof lights on the elevation drawing and providing details of their specification, including means of opening) of application 19/01027/FUL (Conversion of 2x flats into single dwellinghouse to include single storey rear extension, six rooflights and flat roof dormer to the existing roof and alterations to fenestration).

Discharge of conditions 3 (Details of qualified proffessional qualified in Conservation works) and 4 (Schedule of all partitions, walls, floors etc) of application 20/01321/LBC (Proposed conversion of existing Listed Building to form 4 no. new apartments, the demolition of its associated annexe building and separate outbuilding incorporate the following : Flat 1 - Form new opening to ground floor to small extension (current kitchen), re-locate rear window/door, form new stud walls to create rooms within proposed, install bathroom and kitchen with associated plumbing Flat 2 - remove and form new stud walls to create rooms, install bathroom and kitchen with associated plumbing, insert new window to side elevation and removal of 2 windows and replace with 1 on elevation all to bed 1, removal of stud partition (inserted as fire protection) in current hallway and infill.
