Variation to condition 2 of application 18/01988/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and construction of replacement 5 bed dwelling with basement) to allow for a first floor rear construction, two dormer windows, new portico entrance, alterations to the design of the garage, and alterations to the fenestration including amendments to the detailing around the rear windows and doors, enlargement of the rear patio doors and reduction in the size of the basement.

Demolition of conservatory front part of the existing main roof. Construction of a two-storey front extension, part two/part single storey rear extension, increase in height of the dwelling to accommodate habitable accommodation within the roof space, rear dormer window and roof light, 5x roof lights to the front elevation and alterations to the fenestration.

Demolition of existing garage. Proposed increase in ridge height of dwelling to provide second floor accommodation with a dormer to the front and rear elevation. Conversion of existing commercial building (building B) into a three bedroom two storey detached residential dwellinghouse by raising the ridge of the building plus the addition of front dormer windows and rear facing velux rooflights and alterations to the fenestration.
