Application for variation of conditions 30 (Energy Assessment & Strategy) and 31 (Sustainability Statement & Sustainability Checklist), and removal of condition 34 (Home Quality Mark One Star) of application BH2018/01650 (Application for a variation of condition 7 of application of BH2017/02410 to read: A minimum of 10% of the affordable housing units & 5% of the total of all of the residential units hereby approved shall be built to wheelchair accessible standards.
