Demolition of Park Village, Lancaster, York, Kulukundis and Kent Houses (total of 852 bed spaces) and health centre and erection of 23no buildings ranging from 1 to 6 storeys comprising new student residences (total of 1899 bed spaces including 20 family units) and ancillary uses including new health & well-being centre, Pavilion Library, retail and restaurant/cafe together with new focal landscaped space, wider landscaping and tree planting and improved pedestrian access.

G1 Monterey cypress Row (front north side)- Cut back overhang to garage by approx. 2m. Remove x2 low branches over drive as discussed. T2 Goat willow- Fell to ground level and treat stump with systemic herbicide T4 Western Red Cedar- Remove low branch over lawn on 1st tree REASON: To reduce overhang to garage and planned extension & to allow scaffold erection. Also to lessen bird droppings on cars.

T1 - self seeded elm. Fell and leave a low stump. Tree is on the boundary between 88 and 90 Roundhill crescent and is inhibiting erection of a new boundary fence. The tree is also in close proximity to the buildings and excessively shades said buildings.
