Variation of condition 60 of planning permission BH2016/00826, to extend the time period from 5 years to 10 years (until 7/7/27) by which the original West Pier kiosk to be used for mixed use (educational/community/exhibition/events/retail uses (F1/F2/E(a) uses)) within the landscape area to the east of the i360 building shall be restored and erected.
