The suggested works will ensure the tree is retained at a suitable size for its location and prevent future problems. It's shape and balance will also be improved, enhancing its aesthetical value in years to come.

Removal of two laurel bushes on the boundary between the rear garden of 9 Withdean Rise and the woodland WI TPO 2010/18. These bushes are causing property damage, as confirmed by the arboriculturist from Brighton & Hove Council, Paul Davey, and need to be removed to enable the fence to be replaced.
