The suggested works will remove the risk of failure. T4, T5 and T6 are all yew. The suggested works will reduce the size and shape of the trees, improving the balance, to match the size and shape of the majority of the trees in the garden, allowing more light into the property.

T1 - cherry - prune overhanging growth back to boundary, this will result in an approx 2 metre lateral reduction back to good growth points. G2 - Row of leylandii and pine to rear of house - reduce height by approx 2-3 metres

Conversion of existing single dwelling-house (C3) to create 1no. two bedroom and 1no. three bedroom dwelling (C3), with associated alterations. Removal of front boundary wall and creation of vehicle crossover and parking area.

T1 - Ash - Fell because of excessive height, instability and damage to boundary wall, Ash Dieback Disease and it compromises building insurance due to proximity to bulding. Cannot replant sue to proximity to the house. We have had advise from oliver at newleaftreesurgery.co.uk who noted that pruning the tree would not mitigate the growth of the trunk which is pushing down the boundary wall and causing a potential hazards to neighbours steps. T2 - Sycanmore - Fell because of excessive shading to this and three neighbours gardens. Nuisance to neighbours due to leaf fall. Replant with small silver birch tree in the same position.

Conversion of existing small house in multiple occupation (C4) to create 2no self-contained two bedroom flats (C3). Installation of extra bin stores at front, external steel staircase to rear, alterations to boundary treatment, alterations to fenestration, installation of sun tubes.
