22 Rowan Way Rottingdean Brighton Brighton & Hove BN2 7FP

T3 - Quercus Ilex - This tree has a lean of 45 degrees. Moves heavily in the wind. gives no light to the garden. In the event if it were to fall, there would be damages to the decking and fencing. Mr Battersby is very worried about this tree falling due to its angle at growth. Permission was given to take down the tree, next to it which had far less lean. Mr Battersby says the worry of it falling keeps him awake at night. We prepose to have the tree removed.

6 Tower Road Brighton Brighton & Hove BN2 0GF

T1 Eucalyptus x1 Connick Tree Care have recommended the tree be felled completely in sections using lowering ropes where necessary making final cut as low to ground level as possible. Reason: Tree has been planted 5 meters from house and is now trespassing on neighbouring property, breaking the fence and lifting up paving at no 4 Tower Road. 12-15cm roots can be seen 2 meters from the house and 3.5 cm roots 1.5 metres from the house. Felling is recommended to prevent further damage and to prevent tree roots from damaging foundations.

6 Croft Road Brighton BN1 5JJ

Rear Garden, Right Hand Side G1 - Line of Yew (4 in number) Reduce in height to that of the fifth tree in the row ( approximately 2 metres), back to the previous pruning wounds. Reduce the back side overhanging the neighbouring property and public footpath by 3 to 4 metres to reduce overhang and balance the pruning on the opposite side which has previously been carried out. The yew trees in G1, right hand side of No.6, have previously been cut on one side only, away from the building. The suggested works will reduce the trees from No.2, balancing the crowns, allowing more light to the neighbouring property, and reducing detritus and needle drop from the public footway, running between the 2 properties. Rear Garden, Rear Boundary T2 - Yew Tree has heaved and in leaning on the boundary fence with council land. Reduce the crown on the leaning side by up to 3 metres to balance. T2, is a yew leaning at an angle in excess of 45 degrees, on to the fence at the bottom of the garden. The suggested works will reduce the weight from the side of the lean, in order to retain the tree. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY.
