1. There is a yew tree (T14) between our house at 18 Hazeldene Meads and the adjacent property at 16 Hazeldene Meads. It is now overgrown and is almost touching the two houses. We are concerned about the roots affecting the property at 16 Hazeldene Meads where the property was recently extended to become close to the boundary fence. At 18 Hazeldene Meads, it is affecting the light into our property and will encroach onto the roof and cause damage if allowed to grow. T14 Yew - Reduce in height by approx. 2m so that the top of the tree is at the same level as the adjacent gutter of 18 Hazeldene meads. Prune the sides of the tree to give 1m clearance of the properties on either side. T15 Silver Birch - Reduce the size of the crown by a maximum of 1.5m and remove dead wood.

T1 Elm - The tree is presenting problems for the builders repairing the chimneys. Scaffolding is up above the roof and the problem was not previously foreseen. The tree is too tall also for the proximity to the house. We prepose a 4m reduction in height.

The tree is a mature sycamore. It has died and is leaning over the boundary towards Ainsworth House on Wellington Road. The tree needs to be felled and made safe.

This large beech tree is on the boundary between my house (no11) and nos 6 and 7 Beechwood Close. It also spreads over my neighbours garden at 12 Surrenden Close. All 4 households would like the crown of the tree to be lifted and the size to be reduced as it is shading the gardens in Beechwood Close and blocking light from my property and is now very close to my house. I wish to apply to reduce the size of the crown by a maximum of 2-2.5m

T1 is a bay tree in the rear garden of number 6 Montpelier villas. Bn1 3DH. The tree is near the property on southern boundary. The works are to maintain the tree at a suitable size and height for its location. This will improve the sunlight to the rear garden which is currently being blocked and affecting the reasonable enjoyment and use if the garden area during the summer months. The works will not be detrimental, nor will it affect the trees amenity value. Rear Garden by House T1 - Bay Fell as close to ground level as possible. Rear Garden by House T1 - Bay Fell as close to ground level as possible. T1 is a bay tree in the rear garden of number 6 Montpellier Terrace. The tree is very close to the property, located on the retaining wall for the basement level windows to the rear of the house. The crown is in occasional contact with the external wall of the building, blocking light and retaining moisture near the rear wall, windows and back door of the house. The roots of the tree are also damaging the retaining wall. Removal of the tree will prevent further damage. Stump of above Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY.

T1 - Pear Tree - 1m from kitchen door to be felled and roots ground out. The fruit falls on the decking which is a slip hazard. They also attract wasps. We have a young child and want the garden to be safe for him to play in. The tree is also too close to the house, its roots could damage the foundations and its trunk interupts and dominates the layout of the patio, thus it will not be repalced. T2 - Pear Tree - middle of the garden - to be felled. Fruit attracts wasps. The tree looks relay unhealthy and unsightly and will be replaced with a yet to be decided blossoming tree. T3- Bay Tree - Fell - close to southern boundary 2m from house. To allow for redesign of safe patio described for T1. A yet to be decided smaller tree will be planted at the rear boundary on the garden instead. T4 - Small Holly Tree - Fell - close to northern boundary. Thorny leaves unsafe for a child. North boundary is a hedge, tree removal will leave a small gap which will be filled with an appropriate bush. T5 - Holly Tree - Fell and grind out roots - close to southern boundary. Thorny leaves unsafe for child. The self set tree is overgrown, bocks light to rear garden which is consequently bare. Felled to allow flower and shrub planting at rear garden. No replacement. T6 - Fir Tree - trimmed back to boundary to allow light to penetrate the rear garden. Our neighbour is aware of this application and has given permission. T7 - Sycamore - Rear of garden - crown reduction by 30% and aesthetic shaping. The tree is overgrown and has not been pruned for years.
