T2 Sycamores with low branches over car parks, damaging cars and interfering with pedestrian access: the suggested works will alleviate these problems. T3 Previously pollarded poplar. The suggested works are a continuation of the ongoing maintenance program. T4, T5, T5, T7, T8 and T9, are all overhanging road ways and/or footpaths. Rear Garden by House T1 - Bay Fell as close to ground level as possible. T1 is a bay tree in the rear garden of number 6 Montpellier Terrace. The tree is very close to the property, located on the retaining wall for the basement level windows to the rear of the house. The crown is in occasional contact with the external wall of the building, blocking light and retaining moisture near the rear wall, windows and back door of the house. The roots of the tree are also damaging the retaining wall. Removal of the tree will prevent further damage. Stump of above Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. T1 - Magnolia grandi flora - Removal of tree The tree is in poor form, it is situated in the small front garden about 1.2m from the bay window. The tree has out grown its space, the tree will be replaced with something more suitable for the space.

There is just one large tree in th2 decked area. It is to be trimmed to stop branches potentially smashing into 1st to 3rd floor windows
