Non Material Amendment to BH2018/01841 to amend Condition 11 to state: Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, a BREEAM Building Research Establishment issued Post Construction Review Certificate shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority within 6 months of occupation of each of the following parcels of land as set out on the site and landscape parcels plan (ref.0315-Sew-Zz-Zz-Dr-A-501014 Rev.01): i) Business School ii) Mithras Student Accommodation iii) Central Research Laboratory iv) Preston Barracks Student blocks 6-8, confirming that the parcel has achieved a minimum BREEAM New Construction rating of 'Excellent', with the following exceptions; Within 6 months of occupation of the Student Union and Gymnasium on the Mithras Site, a BREEAM Building Research Establishment issued Post Construction Review Certificate shall be submitted to the Local Planning authority to confirm that the units have achieved a minimum BREEAM New Construction rating of 'Very Good'. Within 6 months of occupation of the Preston Barracks Student Blocks 6-8, a BREEAM Building Research Establishment issued Post Construction Review Certificate shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority to confirm that these blocks have achieved a minimum BREEAM New Construction rating of 'Very Good' with best endeavours subsequently undertaken to seek to achieve the BREEAM New Construction rating of 'excellent'.
