Two sycamores in graveyard overhanging into 147 Hartington Road rear garden. Reason for pruning back to boundary is to increase light in the garden.

T1 - Ash - prune back to boundary fence by approximately 8 metres and away from the property by approximately 8 metres to growth points - to clear property and fence.

Neighbours Tree - Front Drive T1 - Beech Remove lowest limb growing over drive. Reduce mid crown by 2-3m. Reduce top corner to shape and balance. Cut back low overhang growth back to wall line. Remove major dead wood that could fall into clients side. The subject tree sits on the boundary line to house's 9 & 7, with ownership belonging to No9. The lower and mid crown overhangs the gate entrance to No7 by approximately 5.5m from the boundary line with lowest limb giving an approximate clearance from ground level of 3m. The intended works, remove lowest limb, would lift the crown to give an approximate clearance of 5m while reducing the remainder of the overhanging crown by 2 to 3m to minimise the overhang to client's property. The reducing works for the upper crown would be miner, approximately 0.5 to 1m for shaping and balancing. There is also low overhanging growth from a limb that's over on property 9. Overhang extends approximately 1.5m with intended works to cutback overhang to boundary or near boundary line. Provision of MEWP ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY.

To reduce remainder of crown by approx 2m to match & to leave smaller more balanced tree - approx 12m in height. REMOVE ALL ARISING DEBRIS LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY. Reduce top & upper crown on South facing aspect by approx. 3m. Reduce top & upper crown on North facing aspect by approx. 2.5m. Reduce remainder of crown by approx. 2m to match & to leave smaller more balanced tree... approx. 12m in height. The subject tree is very large for its location and has been historically pruned keep it at a suitable size. It is located on a boundary fence in close proximity to two properties. Its future growth requirements will again conflict with the buildings and remedial works will again inevitably be required. The suggested works will ensure the tree is retained at a suitable size for its location and prevent future problems. It's shape and balance will also be improved, enhancing its aesthetical value in years to come.

Elm on boundary with Pankhurst Avenue - Remove to ground level and replant within 12 months with 2No. replacement trees planted in the proximity of the existing tree. Replacement trees should be of minimum size 12-14cm stem dia and of a suitable Elm spp such as Ulmus 'New Horizon'.

Removal of two laurel bushes on the boundary between the rear garden of 9 Withdean Rise and the woodland WI TPO 2010/18. These bushes are causing property damage, as confirmed by the arboriculturist from Brighton & Hove Council, Paul Davey, and need to be removed to enable the fence to be replaced. The fence needs to be urgently replaced as it has been damaged by storms and is currently largely being supported by the laurel bushes and undergrowth General pruning along the fence line of other undergrowth and overhanging vegetation

1. There is a yew tree (T14) between our house at 18 Hazeldene Meads and the adjacent property at 16 Hazeldene Meads. It is now overgrown and is almost touching the two houses. We are concerned about the roots affecting the property at 16 Hazeldene Meads where the property was recently extended to become close to the boundary fence. At 18 Hazeldene Meads, it is affecting the light into our property and will encroach onto the roof and cause damage if allowed to grow. T14 Yew - Reduce in height by approx. 2m so that the top of the tree is at the same level as the adjacent gutter of 18 Hazeldene meads. Prune the sides of the tree to give 1m clearance of the properties on either side. T15 Silver Birch - Reduce the size of the crown by a maximum of 1.5m and remove dead wood.

The tree is a mature sycamore. It has died and is leaning over the boundary towards Ainsworth House on Wellington Road. The tree needs to be felled and made safe.

This large beech tree is on the boundary between my house (no11) and nos 6 and 7 Beechwood Close. It also spreads over my neighbours garden at 12 Surrenden Close. All 4 households would like the crown of the tree to be lifted and the size to be reduced as it is shading the gardens in Beechwood Close and blocking light from my property and is now very close to my house. I wish to apply to reduce the size of the crown by a maximum of 2-2.5m
